Temple Invitational  

MEET INFORMATION

Date:  Saturday, October 4.

You will not miss any school for this meet.  We will  provide a meal after the meet.  This is only for those who didn't run at Corpus or missed another meet for some reason.

Bus leaves:  In front of the gym at 7:15 am Saturday.

Bus returns: (approximately)  1:00 pm Saturday in front of the gym.

Directions to meet:  I-35 south to Temple.   Take the Midway exit, take a left on Midway under the overpass.  Take a quick right on Shallowford Road.  This leads you to the park in about 5 minutes.   Approx. 55 minutes.

Meet Details:  Varsity Girls - 9:10*;  Varsity Boys - 10:00*;  JV Girls 10:30*;  JV Boys 10:50*.    Boys' course is 3 miles; girls' course is 2 miles.
*Approximate times - dependent upon previous races.  Our junior high teams run at 8:00 and 8:20.  There are also small school varsity divisions running.

Awards:  Top 10 finishers in each division will receive medals; top 2 teams will receive plaques.
