2008 UIL State 4A Championships

MEET INFORMATION

Date:  Saturday, November 15.

You will not miss any school for this meet.  This meet is for the varsity state qualifiers only, however, others can go on the bus to support runners.  We will provide a meal afterwards for the qualifiers only, so anyone else going will need to pay for their lunch.

Bus leaves:  9:00 am Saturday in front of the gym.

Bus returns: (approximately):  4:30 pm Saturday in front of the gym.

Directions to meet:  Old Settlers' Park, Round Rock:  I-35 south about 75 miles to exit #253 (Hwy. 79) in Round Rock.  Go east on Hwy. 79 about 3 miles.  The entrance is by the Dell Diamond on the left.  Approx. 1 hour, 40 minutes.

Meet Details:  4A Varsity Girls - 12:30;  4A Varsity Boys - 12:50.   Awards ceremony for both groups  by the pavilion approximately 30 minutes after the boys' race.

Awards:  Top 10 individuals and members of top 3 teams will receive medals.
