Directions to 2008 Track Meets

University of Houston:  Take Highway 6 toward College Station and continue past College Station.  Highway 6 will become Highway 290.  Take 290 all the way to Houston.  Take Loop 610 East/North to I-45.  Take I-45 south and exit Spur 5 south.  Take a right on University.  (Approximately 3:45 bus time)

Magnolia West HS:  Hwy. 6 south about 110 miles past College Station to Navasota.  Take 105 east to Plantersville, and turn right (south) on FM 1774.   Go about 15 miles on FM 1774, and Magnolia West High School will be on your left.  (Approximately 2:45 bus time)

Midway:  Panther Stadium between Midway High School and Midway Middle School.  From I-35, take the Hewitt/Moody exit #328.  Go west on Sun Valley.  Take a right on Hewitt Drive.  Take a right on Panther Way.  Take a left on Old Hewitt Road to the visitors parking lot.

Temple High School:  Take I-35 south about 25 miles to Temple.   Take the Nugent exit and take a left over the interstate.  Follow this street as it takes a hard right, and continue for about a mile.  The stadium will be on your left, by Temple High School.  (Approximately 45 minutes bus time)

Killeen Shoemaker High School:    Take I-35 South 35 miles to Hwy. 190 west toward Fort Hood.  Take Hwy. 190 west 20 miles into Killeen, and exit Clear Creek Road.  Take a left on Clear Creek and go about 1.5 miles.  Shoemaker HS will be on Clear Creek.  (Approximately 1:15 bus time) 

Killeen Ellison:  Take I-35 south to Temple.  Take 190 west about 20 miles to Killeen.  Take 190 17 miles to Trimmier Drive.  Left (across 190) on Trimmier Drive about 1 miles.  Right on Elms Road to Ellison High School.  (Approximately 1:15 bus time)

Burnet:  Take I-35 South about 70 miles to highway 29 (exit #261).  Go west on 29 about 30 miles to Burnet.  Take a right on 281, and go a little over a mile on 281 to 3rd Street.  Turn right on 3rd St. and go a few blocks.  You can park by the baseball field, which is the back lot for the football stadium. (Approximately 2:15 bus time)

Leo Buckley Stadium, Killeen: (District)  Take I-35 south to Temple.  Take 190 west about 20 miles to Killeen.  Exit on W.S. Young Drive and make a right, stay on W.S.Young Drive for about 1 ½ - 2 miles passing a few traffic lights. When you get to Business 190/Veterans Memorial, McDonald’s to the left and Hastings Records to the right…that is Business 190/Veterans Memorial, make a right there and go to the first traffic light which is 38th Street and make a left. You will see the school from there, it’s about ¼ mile and make a right after the school…the stadium is behind the school.  (Approximately 1:15 bus time)

Baylor:  (Regional Qualifier):  Hart/Patterson is right across street from Floyd Casey (Baylor's football stadium).   (Approximately 15 minutes bus time)

Fouts Field, Denton: (Regional Meet) Take I-35 north about 40 miles to I-35W.  Take I-35W north about 85 miles to Denton.  In Denton, take the Bonnie Brae exit.  Go straight at the light.   You should see the stadium across the highway.  You can cross over at the next light and double back to the stadium.  (Approximately 2:15 bus time)

Mike Meyers Stadium, UT-Austin:  (State Meet and Texas Relays) Take I-35 south about 90 miles to Austin. Take the Dean Keeton exit (26th street). Take a right on Dean Keeton and an immediate left on Red River.  You will see the stadium on your right within a couple of blocks.   (Approximately 1:45 bus time)
